The work
The challenge
AI products fail at the interface, not the model. The output arrives as a wall of text, the user cannot steer it, and nothing about the screen tells them what the system is capable of.
My approach
I work on the product's interface layer as a software engineer, in a team split between France and Shanghai. The focus is on making model behaviour legible: clear states while the system thinks, controls that let the user redirect it, and an interface that stays fast under streaming output.
