The work
The challenge
Vaccination dates, growth measurements and doctors' advice live in separate notebooks and group chats. Parents miss appointments not because they do not care, but because nothing reminds them in their own language.
My approach
As founding CTO I set the product architecture and built the marketing platform around the app: a trilingual site (Uzbek, Russian, English), a waitlist funnel, and content structured around the national immunisation calendar and WHO growth percentiles.
