How I work

Code that answers to the business

I start from what the product needs to achieve. A beautiful interface that does not move a number is unfinished work.

Performance is not an optimisation phase

Speed is designed in from the first commit. On campaign pages it is the difference between a lead and a bounce.

Ownership, not ticket-taking

In every role so far I have been responsible for features end to end: building them, fixing them, and keeping them healthy after launch.

I start with the business goal, the audience and the constraints, before a single component is written.

Scope, structure and the definition of done are agreed early, so there are no surprises halfway through.

Interface and integration are developed in short loops you can open in the browser and react to.

I ship, measure what actually happens, and stay available afterwards — the first release is rarely the last.
