The work
The challenge
The whole site is one continuous 3D world, so there is no page load to hide behind. Every asset, refraction and transition has to hold sixty frames per second while the visitor is free to move anywhere.
My approach
What I take from it: heavy refraction and volumetric light are staged so the scene reveals itself in layers, and navigation is spatial rather than a menu. It is the clearest proof that a 3D site can still be legible.
