Most landing page advice stops at the design. In the campaigns I worked on, the design was rarely the bottleneck: the leads were arriving, and then quietly dying in an inbox nobody checked during working hours.
Speed is a conversion feature
Campaign traffic is impatient and mostly mobile. Every heavy hero image and unnecessary script is paid for twice: once in bounce rate, once in ad spend.
Optimising the page comes first because it is the cheapest improvement available. Nothing else in the funnel matters if the visitor leaves before it renders.
The form is a pipeline, not an endpoint
The setups that worked pushed each submission into a spreadsheet and the CRM at the same time, notified the team on Telegram instantly, and triggered an automated first reply.
The team stopped copying data by hand, and the lead heard back while they still remembered submitting the form. That single change did more for conversion than any headline rewrite.
Qualify inside the form
Asking for budget and timeline loses a few submissions and saves hours of calls with people who were never going to buy. The enquiries that remain are worth replying to properly.
